tomorrow i leave for my annual summer vaction to the south where my parents hail from. I will be making a minor stop in texas and then dividing the rest of my time between louisiana and arkansas. How is shooting someone who is unarmed, face down on the ground, and handcuffed in the back involuntary?
If this officer could not handle the pressure of intense situations enough to differentiate between a taser gun which has no trigger and an automatic handgun, why is he even an officer in the first place. We are a far cry from a just society, we are no where near...
